This information is to share my “quick” pivot to get my gut back to normal again. If you’re struggling with gut issues for years, this might not apply to you because your ‘problem’ might be more layered than mine was.
Mine came suddenly, so it had to be something I was doing different in the last few weeks. Know that stress, anxiety and worry can have a LOT of negative effects on your gut.
Also: don’t take this advice when you’re pregnant, on medication or are dealing with other medical issues. Always consult your doctor first.
